You approve the design. You love it! Then and only then do we order. No guessing. No regret. Complete confidence before commitment!

Yes! The full design and sourcing service is available to clients anywhere. Karina conducts your site visit virtually, handles all design and sourcing remotely, and delivers your full presentation online. Samples of any sourced products are sent to you when available. For local Willamette Valley and Oregon Coast clients, Karina manages the full project through installation and reveal day!

Yes! Good Vibes works with offices and professional spaces throughout the Willamette Valley. The same whole-room approach applies, a cohesive, intentional space that reflects your brand and makes the right impression!

Every project is different, but here's a general picture: from your site visit to your design presentation is typically 3–5 weeks. From approval to delivery depends on vendors and whether custom or special-order items are included. Start to finish, most projects run 7–12 weeks, though it can vary. Once you sign your contract, you'll receive a clear project timeline so you know exactly what to expect and when!

It's a flat fee based on the size and scope of your room, not an hourly rate, so you always know exactly what you're paying for the design work. The exact fee is determined after we've talked through your project together, and you'll know it before anything is signed. Payment is split into two installments, so it's never all at once.
