You'll also receive a full written recap within 48 hours so everything we covered is documented and ready to use! Book as many sessions as your project needs!

Absolutely, and many clients do! There's no ongoing commitment, but you're welcome to book sessions as your project evolves. Whether you want to tackle one room at a time, check in as you make progress, or get a second round of strategy on a new space, you can book as many sessions as you need!

The Design Strategy Session is for clients who want expert guidance, fresh ideas, and a clear sense of direction, and then go execute on their own timeline. Our Furnishings & Design service is a complete done-for-you experience where we handle everything, the design, the sourcing, the ordering, the installation, all of it! Yes! We offer Design Strategy Sessions for offices and professional spaces as well — focusing on layout, furnishings, color, and finishes that support your brand and client experience!

Before your session, you'll complete a short questionnaire about your space and what you're hoping to accomplish. If you're interested in adding Perfect Fit Furniture, we'll also ask which items you'd like help sourcing and your budget range for each piece. Having this information ahead of time means Karina arrives already thinking about your space and your needs, so every minute of your session is focused on what matters most to you! If you decide to add Perfect Fit Furniture on the day of your session, no problem! We'll send a separate invoice for the sourcing fee and get started right away!

The Perfect Fit Furniture add-on is an optional service where Karina sources the right pieces for your specific space, so you walk away with not just expert guidance but the right items to make it happen! Because Karina is already in your space during your Design Strategy Session, she can take measurements and get a real feel for what will work before she ever starts sourcing. Within 5-7 business days, you'll receive three curated options per item, selected specifically for your style, your space, and your budget. Once you've selected your favorites, you'll receive one easy link with all your chosen items so you can review and purchase everything in one place. You coordinate your delivery and scheduling directly with the vendor. 

Most clients find that this pays for itself in time saved and costly mistakes avoided!

You can choose between two tiers:

• 1 to 3 items — $350

• 3 to 6 items — $600

Karina sources with your specific space in mind, not just browsing what happens to be available. She has relationships with trusted trade vendors and quality sources you won't find on your own, and every option she sends you has already been vetted for scale, quality, and fit for your specific room. No more buying something and hoping it works!

Yes! Once you've selected your pieces, we send you one easy link with all your selected items so you can review and purchase everything in one place, at or below retail price. You coordinate your delivery and scheduling directly with the vendor. Simple, straightforward, and no furniture store required!

One revision round is included! If you'd like to see something in a different style, size, or finish after receiving your first options, we'll put together another round for you. If you'd like us to keep searching beyond that, you're welcome to add the service again!

You'll receive your curated options within 5 to 7 business days of your consultation.

All Perfect Fit Furniture orders include white-glove delivery (delivery fees apply). Items are brought to a room of your choice, unpacked, and assembled. Please note this does not include installation of electrical fixtures, affixing a vanity console top to a base, or affixing any furniture items to a wall. Those would be coordinated separately. 

Upon delivery, you are responsible for inspecting all items and noting any damage or issues before signing off with the delivery company. We will send you clear instructions on what to look for and how to document anything that needs to be addressed, so any claims can be handled quickly and smoothly!

The sourcing fee covers Karina's expert time researching and curating the right options for your specific space, presenting three vetted choices per item with photos, managing all communication with vendors, and preparing your purchase link so everything is ready to go in one easy place! It does not cover the cost of the items themselves or delivery fees. Those are paid directly through your purchase link. Think of the sourcing fee as the cost of having an expert do all the hard work so you never have to wonder if something will actually work in your room!

We prefer to know ahead of time! When you complete your pre-session questionnaire, let us know if you're interested in adding Perfect Fit Furniture and which items you'd like help sourcing, along with your budget for each piece. This gives Karina a head start, so she arrives already thinking about your space and your needs. That said, if you decide to add it during your session after walking through your space together, that's absolutely fine too! We'll send you a separate invoice for the sourcing fee and get started right away!
