We specialize in whole-room edits through design and furnishings. That means we look at your space as a whole, figure out what it needs, and source the right furniture, lighting, rugs, and accessories to bring it all together! No more guessing. No more buying something and hoping it works. You see the full picture before anything is purchased, so every decision feels confident and intentional!

It's a complete, start-to-finish experience where we handle the design and the furniture sourcing for you! We assess your space, create a custom design plan, source every piece of furniture, lighting, rugs, and accessories, and present it all to you before anything is purchased! You see the whole room come together first, then we place the orders!


This service has two approaches, depending on how much support you want! You choose what's right for you!


Phase 1 — Design Blueprint is our design and sourcing service. We handle everything from your site visit through your full design presentation, place all your orders, and keep you updated weekly until everything arrives! You coordinate your own receiving, installation, and any trades. This service is available to clients anywhere, local or remote!


Phase 2 — Full Design Management includes everything in Phase 1, plus we manage the entire project through installation and reveal! We coordinate all deliveries, schedule and oversee trades, and are on-site for your install day! This service is available to clients in the Willamette Valley and Oregon Coast.


Yes! Phase 1 is available to clients anywhere. We conduct your site visit virtually, handle all the design and sourcing remotely, and deliver your full design presentation online! We will even send you the samples of any products we are sourcing for you! (when available) You receive everything you need to move forward, wherever you are!


Our design fee is a flat fee based on the size of the room or project. It covers everything from your site visit through your full design presentation, including your floor plan, 2D and 3D renderings, and sourcing list.


Furnishings and decor are a separate budget and depend on what your space needs. If you choose Phase 2, there is also a design installation management fee. We cover all of this in detail during your Good Vibes Experience call, so there are no surprises!


To give you a general idea: single-room design fees start at $3,200, with final pricing based on the size of the room and the scope of work. Most clients have a furnishings budget of $15,000 or more. (depending on the size of the room) Every project is different, and you will know your complete pricing before anything is signed!


Your flat design fee covers the full design process:


  • A site visit and kickoff meeting (in-person or virtual)
  • A custom floor plan with furniture placement
  • 2D and 3D renderings so you can see your space before anything is purchased
  • A full sourcing list with every item selected for your room 
  • A live design presentation (in-person or virtual)
  • A recorded copy of your presentation to keep (Phase 1 only clients)
  • A one-week revision window after your presentation
  • Purchasing services


Both! The sourcing is one of the most valuable parts of what we do! We have access to vendor networks and designer-only sources you won't find on your own, and we do all the research, vetting, and selection for you! Every piece is chosen for your specific space, your style, and your budget! You don't have to spend hours online hoping something works!


Yes! Before you purchase a single item, you'll see your room through a floor plan, 2D renderings, and 3D visuals. You'll know exactly how it's going to look and feel confident in every decision before anything is ordered!


Absolutely! We work with what you have and build around it. Part of our process is figuring out what stays, what goes, and what needs to be added to make the room feel cohesive and complete!


That's exactly who we work with! Most of our clients have been living with the same furniture for years, know something needs to change, but have no idea where to begin! You don't need to have it figured out before you reach out; that's our job!


Every project is different, so we don't give a one-size-fits-all timeline, but here's what you can generally expect!


From your site visit to your design presentation is typically 3 to 5 weeks. From there, delivery timelines depend on the vendors, whether any custom or special-order items are included, and how quickly things move on your end! From start to finish, most projects run somewhere in the range of 6 to 9 weeks, though it can vary.


Your start date will also depend on our current project load. We want to make sure every client gets our full attention! Once you sign your contract, we'll give you a clear scope of work that includes your specific timeline, so you know exactly what to expect and when!


Phase 2 (full project management through installation) is available to clients in the Willamette Valley and Oregon Coast. Phase 1 (design and furnishings) is available to clients anywhere!


No problem at all! We also offer a 90-minute design consultation, a one-time, in-home session where we dig into your space, talk through your style and goals, and give you real, actionable direction on the design of your home so you can run on your own timeline!


You can also add our Perfect Fit Furniture service to your consultation. While we're in your home, we can talk through the pieces you need and get started sourcing the right options for you. We offer sourcing for 1 to 3 items or 3 to 6 items, so whether you need one statement sofa or a whole room's worth of pieces, we can help!


It's a great way to get expert eyes on your space without committing to a full project, and if you decide later that you want the full service, we'll pick right up from there! Learn more about this service here!
